EOS Integrator

As an EOS Integrator, you will play a crucial role in joining and leading our clients through growth, leveraging EOS tools, frameworks and communications to drive success.

Job Description:

As an EOS Integrator, your primary responsibility will be to work closely with leadership teams to help them achieve the vision, become more efficient, and drive sustainable growth. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Facilitate EOS Implementation: Lead EOS implementation sessions with client organizations, including the Vision Building, Traction Building, and Healthy Team processes.
  2. Serve as a Trusted Advisor: Build strong relationships with clients and serve as a trusted advisor to their leadership teams, providing guidance and support throughout the EOS journey.
  3. EOS Toolbox Mastery: Master and effectively utilize the EOS toolbox, including the EOS Model, V/TO (Vision Traction Organizer), Scorecard, Issues List, and other tools.
  4. Drive Accountability: Help clients establish clear goals, priorities, and metrics for success, and ensure accountability within the organization.
  5. Problem-Solving: Assist clients in identifying and solving issues, roadblocks, and challenges that may arise during the EOS implementation process.
  6. Training and Development: Train client leadership teams and employees on EOS principles and best practices to ensure continued success.
  7. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of EOS sessions, progress, and client feedback.
  8. Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with EOS methodologies and industry best practices to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Management, etc.) preferred.
  • Certification in EOS or relevant experience is a plus.
  • Proven experience in facilitating organizational change and working with leadership teams.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients quickly.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
